For parents of trans and nonbinary kids:

What if bracing wasn't the only option?

A guided 1:1 call to help you come back to steady — in real time.

The Anchor in the Storm Call

45 minutes | Private | Come exactly as you are

If This Is Where You Are Right Now

You’ve been strong for so long that tension feels like your normal

You’re bracing for the next headline, the next comment, the next hard moment

You love your child fiercely — and you’re running on fumes

Some part of you wonders if this is just how it has to be

It doesn’t have to be.

What Happens During the Call

You arrive as you are.

No prep, no performance. Just where you actually are today.

We slow things down together.

I guide you out of the spin and back to something quieter inside you.

You leave steadier than you came.

Not fixed. Just noticeably more grounded than when we started.

What Becomes Possible

  • That constant low-level tension — noticeably quieter

  • A body that's had a real moment to settle, not just your thoughts

  • A real taste of what steady feels like — not as a concept, but as something you felt

You don’t have to wait until you’re burned out to get support.

A Note on Who I Am

I’m Eileen — a hypnotherapist, sexologist, and mom to a nonbinary child.

For a long time I believed that worrying was how I protected my child. That my tension was just love doing its job.

It wasn’t. It was fear dressed up as responsibility.

What changed wasn’t the world — the headlines didn’t stop, the ignorant comments didn’t disappear.

What changed was my relationship to all of it.

I stopped getting activated by every news cycle. When someone said something hurtful, I’d feel it — and then let it go. Quickly.

Because I cannot carry that energy and still be present for my child.

That’s not indifference. That’s a choice.

And it changed how I showed up — for my kid, and for myself.

That’s what I help other parents find.

Common Questions

Is this a sales pitch?

No. This is a real session focused on you feeling better. If working together more deeply makes sense, I’ll mention it briefly at the end — no pressure either way.

What if I get emotional?

That’s completely fine. You don’t need to arrive composed.

You’ve been bracing for a long time.

It doesn’t have to stay that way.
